just finished watching lion king 1 & 2. haha. lion king 1 was pretty nice, but it was quite sad when mufasa died :/ oh well. simba and nala made such an awesomely cute pair of cubs though :D oh and simba looked/sounded rather like berlioz. soo cute hahaha ♥

i like 'i just can't wait to be king', it's catchy and both the cubs simba and nala are in it. :D and it was part of rg's div2 problem1 '07 script. heehee.

lion king 2 was...not so sad, which was nicer :P kiara looked quite cute too, even as a grownup lioness (compared to the grownup simba/nala which weren't quite so cute :/) well at least there wasn't anyone dying in a sad way this time! except maybe nuka but that wasn't as bad as mufasa cos nuka wasn't really a good person anyway hehe.

the "we are one" is quite a nice theme i guess. wiki quotes this:

Kiara: A wise King once told me, we are one. I didn't understand him before. Now I do.
Simba: But they...
Kiara: Them? Us! Just look at them. They are us. What differences do you see?

cliche maybe. but it got the message across. (:

going to watch lion king with celeste and dengqing in may. yay. nice songs too :D

oh yes i managed to find a lot of nice music. orchestra recordings of a whole new world (omg my favourite song since i've been a kid haha ♥) and other songs like can you feel the love tonight and colours of the wind. and alot of other classical pop stuff. all played on orchestras :D

CTs ended today :D so we went out again as per tradition, haha. went to dhoby exchange for lunch, then back to rg, and then to orchard. hmm. reminds me an awful lot of what we did last year after CTs hahaha. quite a lot of amusing things happened, and we had a lot of fun (:

and i'm looking forward to the weekend with ad-vocation ♥ oh and caged is coming out tomorrow!! yay excitedddd :D shall make a new post just to advertise the website so that everyone'll see it first thing when they come to my blog yay. haha. (:
